Originally, the program was designed to be 1 session per week, but has since been made more flexible and adaptable to your needs/desires while also reducing the cost by almost 33%! The Hagalaz Healing™ Journey is now packaged more simply as a 9-session Flexible Journey. Meaning we can powerhouse it through it in only 9 days, run the original 9 weeks, take 9 months or any variation that works for you!
Maybe we do it 2 sessions per week, or 3 sessions in the first week and one a week after... it's all up to you now as everyone is different in how well/quickly they integrate the healing sessions which can be intense for some!
